Samantha created Maya Angelou's 80th Birthday Cake. Samantha was asked to present the cake to Dr. Angelou at the Meyerson Symphony Center on March 1, 2008.
Before setting up shop in Dallas, Samantha was the Assistant Pastry Chef at the Green Valley Ranch Resort and Casino. She worked under Award-Winning Executive Pastry Chef Randy Sebastian.
In 2005, Samantha placed as a finalist in the National Pastry Masterpiece Championship.
Samantha's client list is impressive. She regularly caters for Neiman Marcus and Godiva Chocolates. Her Kringles are a top seller in the Neimans Holiday Catalog.
